In Person Consultation Useful Information
Office Location: Our office is located next to the Museum of London and very close to beautiful
St. Paul's Cathedral. The office is easily accessible by foot from a number
of Tube and train stations. We are close to Moorgate (5 minutes), St Paul's
(5 minutes), Bank (10 minutes), Barbican (10 minutes), and Liverpool Street
(10 minutes). You can plan your Tube journey on the
TFL website. For further information, please see
our location on a map.
Car Park: There is a paid public car park about 5 minutes away at 158-170 Aldersgate
Street, London EC1A 4HY. Full details, including opening times and parking
charges, are available on the
car park's website. Kindly note that the office is in central London and you will therefore
have to pay the congestion fee if you drive in; further information regarding
the Congestion Charge is available on
Transport for London's website.
Checking in with Reception: When you arrive at the building, you will need to check in with the downstairs
reception. Please tell them that you are attending a meeting on the 10th
floor with the American Immigration Law Office Ltd. Our office on the
10th floor can be reached via a lift which offers stunning views of the
City of London via its glass walls. If you do not like heights or think
that the lift might be difficult for you, please advise the firm immediately.
Once you reach the 10th floor, please let the receptionist know that you
are there for a meeting with the American Immigration Law Office Ltd.
Be on time: Please arrive on time for your appointment and please build in an allowance
for unexpected delays as Tube journeys can run late and driving through
London can stall, particularly during rush hour periods. As we often have
several appointments scheduled, running late for your appointment may
unfortunately mean that your consultation time is cut short once the next
consultation time slot arrives. As such, we would recommend aiming to
arrive some 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment if possible.
Rescheduling appointments: Thank you for your payment of the consultation deposit. Although the deposit
is non-refundable, if you wish to reschedule your consultation and give
us at least 48 working hours' notice before the existing appointment,
we will endeavour to do so if possible.
Payment: The remainder of the consultation fee will be charged at the time of
our consultation. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.
Additional Consultation Terms and Conditions apply.
